The AyoKeTamanNasional app and the website AyoKeTamanNasional.id are committed to protecting user privacy and data security. The following explains how data is collected, used, stored, and deleted.
1. Data We Collect
- Email and full name (via Gmail or manual signup).
- Identity verification data for mountain hiking:
- Full name
- National ID (NIK) or passport
- Nationality
- Phone number
- Country of origin or Province & City/District
- Address according to ID & current residence address
- Photo of ID card or passport
- Device data for notifications (FCM Token).
2. How We Use Your Data
- Identity verification for hiking ticket purchases.
- Sending tickets via email or WhatsApp.
- Notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- System improvement and security enhancement.
3. Data Storage
Identity documents are stored in server using a presigned URL valid for only a few seconds. All documents are deleted immediately after verification is completed.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data is used only for internal verification and booking operations.
5. Data Security
We implement encryption, secure token handling, and strict access controls. Identity documents are never stored long-term.
6. Data Deletion
- Users may delete or deactivate their accounts via web or app.
- All personal data is permanently deleted upon account removal.
- Identity verification documents are removed immediately after review.
